2024 Field clean up

Saturday, May 11th Field Clean-up 10am
Where: Abbot Loop Community Park

Bring Your Rakes, Flat Shovels, Brooms & Gloves When you show up please check in at the table next to the snack shack for your assignments and to see what tasks are currently available. Field assignments are shown below:
4U Foul Parents/Kids- Field 1 & 4
6U Shetland/Parents/Kids - Field 2 & 3 & 4
8U Pinto Year Olds/Parents/Kids - Field 2 & 3
10U Mustang Year Olds/Parents/Kids - Field 2 & 3
12U Bronco Year Olds/Parents/Kids - Field 2 &3

WE NEED EVERY FAMILY TO HELP GET THIS ACCOMPLISHED Partial Task List (All ages) Rake all Fields and Bag Grass Clean and sweep Dugouts Clean Under Bleachers Pick Up all Trash From Main Area and Field Perimeter Refasten Mesh on Back Stop of Each Field Refasten Mesh Around Dugouts Mow and Weed Eat Bull Pens (Bring your own weed eater) Clean area around Conexes Clean out conex Level Conex----Need Jacks Prep Snack Shack
